Meet Our Amazing Director
Hey Parents and Caregivers,
My name is Jessica, and I am proud to be the Director at Thriving Darlings Early Learning Academy.
I bring with me over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and have held a variety of leadership roles, including Director and Educational Leader. These opportunities have allowed me to develop strong expertise in centre operations, compliance, and guiding high-quality educational practice.
I am passionate about ensuring every child has the opportunity to feel safe, nurtured, and inspired to learn. In my role as Director, I work closely with our lead educators and team to create inclusive, engaging environments where children can explore, discover, and develop lifelong skills.
I believe strong relationships with families are central to children’s success. Open communication and trust are values I hold at the heart of my leadership, ensuring we work in partnership to achieve the best possible outcomes for every child.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending quality time with family and staying active. I am excited to continue building connections with our families and look forward to welcoming new families into our Thriving Darlings Early Learning Academy community.
